Elodea is an oxygenating plant that grows well in any well-lit freshwater aquarium.Elodea canadensis, though thinner and smaller, can be used as a replacement. It is not restricted, but has limited availability from November to March. Packages of 12.

Elodea densa is restricted in Maine and Puerto Rico; call for details or substitutions.

The plans came in very good time and in good condition. The students were fascinated to see them under the microscope and to locate some "bonus" microscopic life that came along with the elodia.
