With its new microprocessor design, this 2nd generation Oyster completely surpasses its predecessor in terms of reliability, accuracy and ease of use.

It comes complete with pH electrode, case, neckstrap and buffers. Features 6-point calibration, 25-points memory, and a measurement range of 0 to 14.00 pH; 1999 mV; 0-100 C with resolution of 0.01 pH;1 mV; 0.1 C and an accuracy of 0.02 pH; 0.5% mV; 0.5 C. Readings are displayed on a large 0.5 LCD screen. After calibration, the LCD will show the actual slope of the electrode being used. The clam-shell design has an adjustable flip-up cover and fits comfortably in the palm of the user's hand. One 9V battery (not included) provides up to 100 hours of continuous use.
