These genetically modified fluorescent Zebrafish were originally created to help detect environmental pollutants, but also make wonderful pets and add excitement to any aquarium. These beautiful colors aren't dyes, but fluorescent proteins made from the genes of marine organisms like jellyfish. The genes have been added to the genome of the fish, and has resulted in their unique coloring. Available in five striking colors: Starfire Red®, Electric Green®, Sunburst Orange®, and the new Cosmic Blue™ and Galactic Purple™.
