Fast and Easy ELISA Experiment
Teach students the ELISA technique in less than half the time of traditional ELISA kits. This experiment eliminates the need for the primary and secondary antibody normally needed for ELISA by using a detection antibody that is linked directly to an enzyme. Simply add substrate to discover which patient is infected. Kit includes antigens & antibodies, substrate, phosphate buffered saline, tubes, plates, transfer pipettes, and detailed instructions. Coupon is included for the redemption of perishable material. Requires distilled or deionized water, 37º C incubation oven, automatic micropipettes with tips, and laboratory glassware.
